Widget Explanation

Okay guys this is my widget, I earn money every time that you look or click on it. This is all done through Yovia. I also have a personal blog where my widget earns my money. My personal blog can be seen by visiting David Appelman You can see that it is just your standard ordinary blog, but I make money off of it. I also earn an average of 5 dollars a post. Sassy water

It is the recipe everybody wants Sassy Water!!!!



Make sure you check out the prevention site since that is where all of this flat belly stuff is coming from. They have recipes up on the site and some tips for people. I am not actually going to jump into the flat belly diet but there are some great parts of it. ANYWAYS There is the sassy water drink lots of it.


Sassy Water
2 liters water (about 8 ½ cups)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 small spearmint leaves.

Let it all chill and then drink it all in a day.
